Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Also contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the current congressional process.
